**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**
**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will follow established health and safety policies and procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, wear and properly store all personal protective equipment (PPE), and actively engage as a safety-conscious worker with personal safety and wellness as a priority. You will ensure equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, comply with PM schedules, plan annual shutdown maintenance, develop electricians/multi-craft technicians, organize work areas according to 5S principles, manage safety stock inventory, ensure the team has proper tools and equipment, process purchase orders, and manage vendor relationships.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Wear and properly store all personal protective equipment (PPE).
+ Engage as a safety-conscious worker with a focus on personal safety and wellness.
+ Ensure equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
+ Comply with preventive maintenance schedules.
+ Plan annual shutdown maintenance.
+ Develop electricians and multi-craft technicians.
+ Organize work areas according to 5S principles.
+ Manage safety stock (critical spare) inventory.
+ Ensure the team has proper tools and equipment to perform all required tasks.
+ Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2 or more years' experience as a leader or supervisor in a maintenance leadership role in an industrial manufacturing environment.
+ Proven experience as a proficient multi-craft maintenance technician.
+ Ability to provide hands-on support to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production processes, supporting subsystems/equipment, and facility equipment for high voltage industrial processes.
+ Mechanical and electrical aptitude; able to understand machinery and decipher blueprints.
+ Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach, train, and mentor others.
+ Ability to lead by example through following plant elements of culture, ethics, and integrity.
+ Capability to schedule and accomplish desired results effectively and timely.
+ Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
+ Ability to listen and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
+ Excellent time management skills.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
+ Self-motivator driven by the desire to succeed.
+ Experience in effectively utilizing ERP and CMMS systems.
+ Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts as needed.
+ Partner with Operations/Continuous Improvement group to assist in building the foundation for OEE assessment capabilities at the site.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred in an engineering field) or 7 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
+ Proficient in appraising and evaluating the work performance of maintenance staff.
+ Proficient in electro-mechanical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
+ Ability to interpret schematics and drawings.
+ Working knowledge of PLC controllers and process instrumentation.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a quartz manufacturing plant with many furnaces, boilers, and high voltage electrical systems (13,000v).
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond Heights, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00
