As our **Maintenance Supervisor** , you'll lead our engineering team to ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional stay by overseeing timely, high-quality maintenance and repairs that meet brand standards. **What You’ll Be Doing:**
+ Oversee maintenance of building systems including **HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical equipment** .
+ Plan, schedule, and evaluate **preventative maintenance programs** to keep everything running efficiently.
+ Conduct thorough **room and equipment inspections** and proactively address repair needs.
+ Ensure team members have the **tools and supplies** they need to succeed.
+ Lead with Atrium’s **Core Values** by coaching, scheduling, and holding engineering associates accountable.
+ Collaborate on **vendor proposals** and monitor contracted work.
+ Uphold the **highest safety standards** , reporting any hazards or issues immediately.
+ Assist with **Maintenance Technician tasks** to ensure team success.
**What We’re Looking For:**
**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of hands-on maintenance or engineering experience. Prior leadership experience is a plus!
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
+ **Certifications:** HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing Certifications are preferred.
**Physical Abilities:**
+ Able to lift up to **50 lbs** occasionally.
+ Comfortable with **bending, squatting, walking** , and standing for extended periods.
**Work Flexibility:**
+ Ability to work **varied schedules** : early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
