As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead our engineering team to ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional stay by overseeing timely, high-quality maintenance and repairs that meet brand standards. What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on maintenance or engineering experience. Prior leadership experience is a plus!Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Certifications: HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing Certifications are preferred.

Physical Abilities:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.Comfortable with bending, squatting, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Work Flexibility:

Ability to work varied schedules: early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
