Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will start your day by attending a shift meeting to discuss the plan for the day. You will receive a list of preventative maintenance tasks to complete and be responsible for quickly responding to calls from the production team. Typically, you will complete 3-4 preventative maintenance tasks each day.
ResponsibilitiesAttend shift meetings each morning to discuss daily plans.Receive and complete a list of preventative maintenance tasks.Respond quickly to calls from the production team.Complete 3-4 preventative maintenance tasks daily.Essential SkillsExperience with conveyors, bearings, shafts, sprockets, and pneumatics.Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, using a multimeter, and working with 480v input/output systems.Knowledge of electrical components including sensors, photo eyes, motor relays, starters, start-stop switches, contactors, aux relays, and HMIs.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.Strong electrical and leadership skills.Experience with welding, PLCs, VFDs, and hydraulics.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the food and beverage industry and knowledge of GMP.Bilingual skills are a plus.Food manufacturing experience is nice to have.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is based in an industrial setting. The shift runs from Thursday to Monday, 7 AM to 4 PM. The workplace emphasizes a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
