Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking electromechanical maintenance supervisor with experience in troubleshooting, fixing, and rewiring machinery, including PLCs. The ideal candidate will have expert-level production machinery maintenance skills and proven leadership/management experience.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair production machinery.Rewire machinery including PLCs.Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians.Ensure reliable operation of all machinery and equipment.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Essential SkillsExpert-level production machinery maintenance.Proven supervisory or leadership experience.PLC troubleshooting and management skills.Mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with electrical systems (480V).Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.Mechanical and welding skills.Experience in automation.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a food and beverage company with a team of 18 members. The shift is Monday to Friday, 5:30am - 3:00pm, with occasional weekend work if required. Adhere to safety protocols including wearing beard nets, gowns, and hairnets in production areas, and uniforms when not in production areas.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent, direct-hire position based out of Amsterdam, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00
