Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist and coach Team Leaders and Team Members on 5S activities and help identify and eliminate contamination sources. You will manage machine classification, lead OEE, MTBF, and MTTR analysis, and drive measures to reduce breakdowns. You will also oversee spare parts management, monitor CILR ownership, and implement visual controls. Additionally, you will support cross-functional teams in problem identification, ensure daily production output, provide maintenance support, and facilitate communication between departments.

Work Environment
The work environment involves working in a production facility with exposure to various machinery and equipment. Shifts may vary, and overtime may be required. The facility adheres to safety protocols and encourages a clean and organized workspace through 5S activities. Dress code is typically casual with appropriate safety gear provided when necessary.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00
