Maintenance Supervisor

Lead improvement and loss elimination efforts within the assigned department.
Safely improve process reliability and eliminate stops.
Develop and improve technical mastery by working with the teams Technical Resources and Technicians within Maintenance.
Actively participate in developing and executing advanced mechanical training and qualification programs.
Participate in assessments, ensure effective training, and maintain consistent qualification standards.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings initiatives and departmental projects.
Assist in coordinating Commissioning, Qualification, and Verification (CQV) activities for plant start-up.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to technical resources within the department, including off-shift or weekend support if needed.
Enhance overall safety, quality, and productivity in the WET/DRY Operations department.
Implement effective predictive and preventative PM programs and build capability in all technicians.
Drive high-performance work culture by engaging with team members on the floor and coaching them to problem solve, make decisions, and become self-reliant.
Own a safety and/or quality key element.
Manage the defect management system, prioritize items, deploy resources, track completion, and communicate completion.
Oversee PM systems for the department, ensuring clarity on PM completion and tracking.
Liaise with the Plant Technical Manager to coordinate resources and support.
Facilitate Breakdown Analysis for the department and track and monitor action items.
Develop and execute planned downtime plans and analyses.
