**Job Title:** Industrial Maintenance Supervisor **Location:** Kokomo, IN **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all machinery and equipment, leading a team of maintenance technicians, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. + Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on industrial machinery. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory. + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues. + Manage maintenance budgets and control costs. + Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies. + Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. + Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. + Strong leadership and communication skills. + Proficiency in using maintenance management software. + Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations. **Benefits:** + Competitive salary + Health, dental, and vision insurance + Retirement plan + Paid time off + Professional development opportunities **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
