**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** Responsible for all areas of equipment repairs and preventive maintenance of production equipment. Responsible for supervision of maintenance employees. **Responsibilities** + Assure all equipment is maintained in a condition capable of producing to set production and QA standards. + Conduct weekly maintenance meetings. + Work with production machine manufacturers or material vendor representatives in the plant. + Oversee the daily activities of the Machine Shop and Parts Room. + Train maintenance personnel on all plant equipment. + Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures. + Interface between Maintenance Manager and all mechanics. + Monitor production floor data collection systems. + Perform periodic reviews of Lockout Plan and updates as needed. + Perform training of maintenance personnel. + Act as a member of the Plant Management Team. + Perform other duties as assigned or needed. + Directly supervise all employees in the Maintenance Department. + Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a maintenance technician for over 5 years. + Electrical and mechanical experience. + Knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics. + Ability to supervise and control a team. + Blueprint reading and PLC troubleshooting skills. + Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills. + Understanding of safety regulations and practices. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in leadership roles. + Ability to perform periodic reviews of Lockout Plans. + Experience as a member of a Plant Management Team. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy direct placement with benefits starting on day one.
