Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for keeping food manufacturing lines running smoothly and performing preventive maintenance. The role includes hands-on responsibility for overseeing manufacturing activities in an assigned area of a food production plant.

Work Environment
You will supervise a team of 3-6 technicians on the third shift in maintenance. The role requires wearing steel toe shoes and working Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays (2-3 per year). This is a family-owned company that has been around for over 70 years.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00
