RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures the E&I maintenance team supports the needs of safety, quality, production, distribution, and housekeeping. Supervises and coordinates the activities of the E&I maintenance team. Helps to ensure the cost and inventory of spare parts is adequate to support good equipment reliability. Ensure the culture of the team supports a collaborative environment with the other departments in the facility Support the needs of the plant by participating in strategic initiatives Manage and be accountable for all forced, scheduled and maintenance outage activities. Provide coordination of all projects, and support groups to result in successful completion of necessary maintenance. Maintains confidentiality and uses good judgment related to sensitive matters. Maintains composure and uses good judgment under stressful circumstances. Lead the preventative maintenance effort, formulate repair recommendations, and execute equipment repairs on both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Develop and manage vendor relations for support services. Leads the development of a post-outage report that compiles data documenting: work performed and equipment condition, and makes future repair, inspection, and spare parts recommendations.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including PLCs, DCS, and SCADA. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance. Familiar with the principles of lean manufacturing and supporting 5s Strong background/experience in managing electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting and repair programs Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills (oral and written). Demonstrated team building and servant leadership skills. Committed personal accountability, adaptability, and flexibility in a changing environment. Complex problem-solving skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field. Some technical training and/or education and experience considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in E&I maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience with maintenance planning & Computerized Maintenance Management Software. (SAP preferred)
