Adecco is sourcing for a Maintenance Supervisor for a Client located in Auburn, NY **Salary Range:** The expected salary range for this position is between **$100,000 - $120,000** and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. **Job Description** The Maintenance Supervisor assists the Plant Engineer in leading and directing salaried and hourly personnel engaged in all phases of the plant engineering function, including installation, and repair and maintenance of all plant systems, equipment, grounds and facilities. This individual is expected to place an emphasis on providing a committed and high level of technical service in a safe manner, while partnering with other leaders to produce glass containers at continuously improving levels of quality and efficiency. **The Maintenance Supervisor should have:** + Strong maintenance and/or furnace operations background + Experience with maintenance management software + Experience in a maintenance leadership role + Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization **The Maintenance Supervisor will:** + Assist in directing preventive maintenance programs + Coordinate and supervise all construction and service work performed by outside contractors + Conduct periodic inspections of all plant systems, equipment, facilities and grounds.
