Maintenance Supervisor
Position: In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the colleagues who maintain and repair machinery in Primary (cut filler) and cigarette production. Plans, organizes and schedules detailed maintenance work activities. Responsible for evaluating problematic modules of machinery and determining what repair services need to be performed.
Responsibilities:
Machinery Maintenance execution in the most effective manner using the right diagnosis and procedures to meet machinery efficiency and finished goods quality targets. Take care of the timely procurement of spare parts, consumable materials and tools needed for maintenance process. Coordinating maintenance and repair activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and delegating the work to production technical staff. Evaluate and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques. Assesses needs and initiates necessary technical training for mechanics, electronic technicians, and operators in a structured way. Apply KAIZEN tools, concepts and culture during activities (e.g. 5S and Suggestion system). Responsible for key IACS work processes (e.g. Change Management, Plant Maintenance, disaster recovery) in the production area. Ensure that supervised employees always demonstrate safe behavior, never violate health and safety rules, and report incidents and near misses.
Requirements:
The first degree of vocational or academic studies of technical sciences (mechanical, mechatronic, electrical) or industrial engineering, university degree is an advantage. Min. 3 years in production in a technical role position. Good Knowledge of English and Serbian languages. Common PC skills (MS Office applications). Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and PLC systems is considered an advantage.
