Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a crew of Maintenance Technicians and perform hands-on maintenance work in the plant. This role involves a balance of planning, scheduling, ordering parts, allocating work, and managing the team, with a strong emphasis on industrial maintenance.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the plant Maintenance crew of 5-10+ TechniciansPlan and allocate work orders in the plantCommunicate with other departments on plant and machinery issuesOrder parts and document inventoryPlan new machinery upgrades and installationsManage PM schedules and allocationTrain and develop maintenance technicians in the plantTroubleshoot and repair all plant equipment: Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical, PLC/Automation Controls, and Facilities RepairWeld and fabricate new plant equipmentPerform preventative and repair maintenance on all equipment and facilityEssential Skills5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience1+ years of Maintenance Leadership experienceElectrical Troubleshooting and Repair (PLC, Servo Motors, and HMI experience is a major plus)Mechanical troubleshooting and repairWelding - TIG StainlessMachining and FabricationPanel wiring and buildingAbility to read Schematics, Blueprints, and perform Precision MeasuringMust have own set of mechanic tools (Ratchets, sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammer, channel locks, pliers, etc.)Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with PLC troubleshootingLeadership skillsExperience prioritizing and allocating workKnowledge of Hydraulics, PneumaticsAbility to interpret Schematic and Blueprint drawingsExperience with motors and fabricationWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment includes multiple plants with conveyors, packing machines, fryers, etc. The plant can be hot and humid, and slip-resistant shoes are needed due to oil from fryers. The dress code allows shorts, but maintenance requires jeans or work pants and prefers steel-toed slip-resistant shoes. Adherence to GMPs for food safety is required, including no ripped clothing, jewelry, or fake nails. PPE such as safety glasses, ear protection, and welding gear are provided by the company. The standard shift is Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm, with potential adjustments to 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
