**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay: $75,000-$95,000 salaried **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The role involves improving the functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment, managing work assignments, performing and scheduling preventative maintenance, and developing safety processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in both mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to lead a team effectively. **Responsibilities** + Improve production and facility equipment + Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments. + Perform and schedule all preventative maintenance assignments. + Manage building, equipment, capital expenditures, and parts and labor budgets. + Prepare maintenance reports. + Identify and evaluate parts suppliers and negotiate with inside and outside service companies. + Conduct training for all maintenance staff. + Supervise and mentor the maintenance team. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military. + Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience. + Knowledge of wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery. + Experience in maintenance management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management, and with maintenance management systems. + Ability to read blueprints and experience with blueprints. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Boiler knowledge. + HVAC experience. + Experience and ability to perform welding activities including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing. **Benefits** + 401(k)/Profit Sharing/ESOP + Medical insurance + Dental and Vision Insurance Package + Paid Time Off and Holidays + Career Advancement Opportunities **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr. 401(k)/Profit Sharing/ESOP AD&D Medical insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Package Disability and Life Insurance Package Paid Time Off and Holidays Career Advancement Opportunities **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Aston,PA. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Mar 2, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
