•\tCoordinate facility maintenance vendors.
•\tManages and assigns tasks for completion within the maintenance team.
•\tManages shop operations by performing a variety of scheduled equipment set-up activities, preventive and routine maintenance activities, and maintenance of buildings, plumbing systems, electrical systems, computer networks, alarm systems, landscaping, and parking areas.
•\tManages equipment maintenance and repair requests by reviewing and actioning work requests and maintaining Limble database.
•\tRepair and service machinery, including inspecting, operating, or testing machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
•\tDismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
•\tPerform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.
•\tDiagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
•\tRepair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.
•\tFollow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
•\tMeasure and mark cutting lines on materials, using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
•\tElectrical Skills, which include wiring 220 volts for lighting and other machines.
•\tGeneral duties to include but not limited to light plumbing work, concrete work, painting, cleaning, and landscaping.
•\tAll other duties as assigned.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
