Maintenance Supervisor

Our Client is seeking a reliable and experienced **Maintenance Supervisor** to oversee the **installation, repair, and upkeep** of facility and production equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all **physical resources** are properly maintained to support business operations effectively and within budget.
A successful candidate will have a **solid understanding** of **plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry,** and other crafts, along with strong knowledge of **maintenance processes, health & safety regulations, and environmental compliance** . Additionally, they should be capable of handling **administrative tasks** such as reporting and budgeting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Work under and at the direction of the **Maintenance Manager** .
+ Develop and/or maintain **maintenance procedures** and ensure proper implementation.
+ Manage **rigging and installation** of CNC and other machinery.
+ Participate in **safety inspections** to identify and resolve issues.
+ Plan and oversee all **repair and installation activities** .
+ Allocate workload and supervise staff ( **custodians, janitors, etc.** ).
+ Monitor **equipment inventory** and place orders as needed.
+ Track **maintenance expenses** and control budgets.
+ Manage relationships with **contractors and service providers** .
+ Maintain **detailed maintenance logs** and report daily activities.
+ Ensure compliance with **health, safety, state environmental, and OSHA regulations** .
+ Report directly to the **Maintenance Manager** .
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
+ Proven experience as a **Maintenance Supervisor** or similar supervisory role.
+ High school diploma or equivalent ( **Electronics Trade School Graduate preferred** ).
+ Experience in **planning maintenance operations** .
+ Strong technical knowledge in **plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems** .
+ Knowledge of **CNC programming** with the ability to troubleshoot and direct machine tool repairs.
+ Ability to **read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints** .
+ Proficiency in using **precision measuring instruments** (e.g., **Oscilloscopes, Digital Volt Meters, etc.** ).
+ Knowledge of **120 Volt and 208/460 Volt Three Phase** electrical systems.
+ Strong **organizational, leadership, and communication skills** .
+ Ability to track and report on maintenance activities effectively.

**Pay Details:** $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
