**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** This position is a maintenance leadership role in a startup manufacturing facility. The individual will be responsible for all facets of maintenance in the plant, including preventive maintenance (PMs), reactive maintenance, parts ordering, PM scheduling, and coordination with vendors. The role requires proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with operating a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), specifically Upkeep. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on equipment. + Conduct reactive maintenance as needed. + Order and manage parts inventory. + Schedule PMs and coordinate with vendors. + Operate within a CMMS system (Upkeep). + Maintain and troubleshoot small ink tubs and pumps used in printing presses. + Change out pumps and fix them during downtime to ensure they are available as critical spares. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting + Maintenance supervision + Maintenance management + Maintenance leadership + Experience with hydraulic pumps **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency with pumps, motors, and sensors + Experience with boilers + Familiarity with CMMS systems **Why Work Here?** This is an exciting opportunity to join a new company investing in state-of-the-art equipment.
