Job Description The maintenance supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team on a day-to-day basis. Typical daily duties include troubleshooting and repairing equipment with the maintenance technicians, updating and improving CMMS, and managing the parts inventory. The maintenance supervisor exists to ensure that the maintenance team operates efficiently and with a high standard of work quality.
