Description

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, prioritize work orders, and assign tasks to maintenance technicians based on skill level and workload.

Respond to maintenance requests, diagnose issues, and oversee repairs and replacements.

Prioritize tasks while maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring facilities are maintained to MG company standards

Improve routine maintenance practices as new practices are developed.

Perform as part of the maintenance dept. to assure that the winter snow removal is completed in a timely manner as assigned.

Oversee inventory management of tools, parts, and supplies to ensure availability for repairs and maintenance work.

Coordinate with Maintenance Manager to keep projects on track with regards to personnel and materials needed

Develop plans, and daily and weekly schedules of projects together with Maintenance Manager.

Communicate daily/weekly projects with internal customers as projects move forward

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Train crew in proper maintenance skills

Collaborate with other departments to plan and schedule work while minimizing disruptions to daily operations.

Job Requirements

2 or more years of experience in an maintenance supervisory

Experience in basic troubleshooting

Work in carpentry, plumbing, and using hand / power tools to perform tasks

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
