**Shift/Pay: 4 Days a week**
**6:00AM - 4:30PM@ Monday-Thursday Must be flexible to work Fridays for OT**
**Salary $70,000-$100,000 depending on experience**

**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily maintenance activities, ensuring all plant equipment remains operational and all utilities (air, electricity, cooling, etc.) are available. This role involves performing preventive maintenance through scheduled work, identifying and implementing continuous improvement for plant equipment, and acting as the lead in the maintenance department.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage daily maintenance activities and ensure plant equipment remains operational.
+ Perform preventive maintenance through scheduled work and implement continuous improvement for plant equipment.
+ Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation tasks.
+ Work with production and contractors to complete scheduled, preventive, predictive, and emergency repairs for all equipment and grounds on the plant site.
+ Drive reliability improvement of equipment by monitoring maintenance, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
+ Ensure maintenance and reliability data and procedures remain up to date.
+ Develop, write, and train standard work practices for maintenance activities.
+ Manage parts inventory to ensure parts are maintained, expenses are minimized, and purchasing records and paperwork are completed.
+ Develop, coordinate, and manage small miscellaneous maintenance improvement projects.
+ Perform repairs, preventive, and predictive maintenance on existing equipment and install new mechanical equipment as required.
+ Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the operation of plant equipment and perform process maintenance tasks.
+ Observe mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
+ Use oxy-acetylene and arc welding apparatus to perform various welding tasks.
+ Measure, lay out, cut, thread, bend, and install piping and tubing.
+ Follow safety regulations and procedures for electrical work.
+ Install and troubleshoot lighting systems, motors, starters, and controls for single or multiphase voltages.
+ Service, overhaul, and replace parts for various equipment and machinery.
**Skills**
+ 5-7 years of job-related experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment with complex electrical and mechanical assemblies.
+ Experience in preventative/corrective maintenance, 480V 3 phase motor, hydraulics & pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
+ Ability to drive a scheduled work approach to maintenance through direct supervisory experience or a planning/scheduler role.
+ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and maintenance practices.
+ Proficiency in using welding equipment and performing various types of welding tasks.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings.
+ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in PLC troubleshooting and schematic reading.
+ Ability to balance field and desk work to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
+ Strong communication skills for internal contact with the production workforce, maintenance department, department supervisors, and external communication with vendors and trainers.

The work environment can be loud depending on the department. Machinery is running around workstations, and most areas are dusty due to the nature of the work. A dust mask is provided if needed. **Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
