Job Accountabilities:
Be the go-to expert—troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to keep our operations running smoothly.
Own the schedule—manage department work orders, follow up on completed tasks, and ensure everything gets done efficiently.
Lead with impact—coach and mentor a skilled maintenance team, fostering growth and accountability.
Drive continuous improvement—optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
Ensure safety & compliance—champion workplace safety and make sure we meet all regulatory standards.
Collaborate & communicate—build strong relationships across departments to support business success.
Stay ahead of the game—keep your skills sharp and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Make a difference—step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities to contribute to our team’s success.
What You Bring to the Table.
Hands-on experience – At least 5 years in the maintenance field (bonus points for 10+ years and leadership experience!).
Leadership mindset – You've spent 2+ years leading a team or stepping up in a supervisory role.
Tech-savvy troubleshooting – Strong skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance, keeping equipment running at peak performance.
Industry know-how – Experience with ammonia refrigeration, TIG welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, packaging machinery, HVAC, plumbing, and wastewater treatment.
Safety-first approach – You know the importance of compliance and workplace safety.
Continuous learner – You're always keeping up with new technologies and best practices.
Education matters – A high school diploma & technical training are required, but an Associate’s degree in a related field is a big plus.
Key Skills.
Mechanical & Electrical Troubleshooting – Quickly diagnose and fix equipment issues.
Equipment Maintenance – Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and packaging machinery.
Refrigeration & Welding – Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and TIG welding for repairs.
Plumbing & Wastewater Management – Keep systems running smoothly and efficiently.
Safety & Compliance – Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and regulatory standards.
Leadership & Training – Coach, mentor, and develop your maintenance team.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance – Optimize systems to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

Compensation Package: $85,000 - $92,500 USD annually + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
