Maintenance Supervisor
**Job Title** Maintenance Supervisor **Job Description Summary** Responsible for the coordination and oversight of general maintenance provided at a client site. Reviews and ensures proper completion of service requests. Establish work schedules for staff. Coordinates ongoing activities and work to be completed with the client’s management team. Reports on the status of ongoing activities as well as the general operation and condition of facilities. **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** + Coordinate staff activities. + Reviews and assigns service requests. + Schedule work and manage work in progress to successful completion. + Coordinate with Client’s representative to ensure compliance with required service levels. + Employ and maintain company’s Management and Operations programs. + Report on issues regarding life safety, comfort, site appearance, etc. + Report on performance as measured by key performance indicators. + Assist with and monitor additional project work. + Seek feedback and report on customer satisfaction. + Conduct regular site inspections and report findings. + Report issues concerning regulatory compliance and code violations to the appropriate representative. + Identify and seek corrective action for issues involving life safety, comfort and general site appearance. + Identify and recommend cost saving initiatives. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES, if any:** + Direct reports include technician(s) and vendor management. **REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience):** + Three to five years of supervisory experience. + Five to seven years of trades experience. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
