**Position Title:** Industrial Maintenance Supervisor **Job Overview:** As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing preventive maintenance operations, handling unexpected events, ensuring parts availability, and managing vendor relationships. You will ensure that your team performs their tasks safely and professionally, maintaining skill levels through development and coaching. You will provide recognition and guidance on job performance and absenteeism, maintain constructive relationships, address opportunities promptly, and review critical equipment areas within the plant. Additionally, you will implement the maintenance safety program, ensure 5S standards, communicate and identify root causes for on-shift response items, keep personnel schedules updated, complete CMMS work orders, dispatch vendors as needed, and integrate with production operations supervisors for alignment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee preventive maintenance and address unplanned events. + Manage parts availability and vendor relationships. + Ensure team performs duties safely and professionally. + Develop and coach team members to maintain skill levels. + Provide recognition and guidance on job performance and absenteeism. + Maintain constructive relationships and address opportunities promptly. + Review critical equipment areas on shift. + Implement maintenance safety program, including audits, non-stock supply, and permits. + Ensure 5S standards in the maintenance area. + Communicate and identify root causes for on-shift response items. + Keep personnel schedules updated in the Kronos system. + Complete CMMS work orders and audit records. + Dispatch vendors for facility unplanned shift events. + Integrate with production operations supervisors for alignment. + Perform actions and recommendations to reduce technical downtime, waste, and improve team performance. + Manage the maintenance department towards a total preventive maintenance program to enhance the link between maintenance and production. **Work Environment:** + Automotive manufacturing environment, 1st shift: 7am-4pm. **Benefits:** + Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance + Life Insurance + Paid Time Off + 401k Savings Plan + Annual Performance Raises **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
