Job DescriptionYOUR TASKS
This position is responsible for supervision and coordination of multicraft technicians and the escalation/handover/coordination with production during shifts.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Supervise and Lead Maintenance Team – Manage multicraft technicians to ensure efficient operations, reduce downtime, and improve equipment reliability. Coordinate Maintenance Activities – Oversee preventive maintenance (PM) programs, downtime scheduling, overtime costs, PTO, and spare part expenses. Decision-Making & Troubleshooting – Determine the best course of action for equipment failures, ensuring minimal disruption to production.Promote Safety & ESH Compliance – Enforce safety protocols, provide training, and ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and health (ESH) policies. Develop & Train Maintenance Team – Mentor, train, and evaluate technicians to enhance skills, effectiveness, and overall team performance. Monitor & Ensure PM Execution – Track the completion and quality of preventive maintenance tasks, implementing corrective actions as needed.Administrative & Performance Management – Handle attendance, PTO, performance feedback, and corrective actions for the maintenance team.Utilize Maintenance Analytics Tools – Leverage Power BI, PUMA, and SAP PM to support cost management and reliability improvements. Hands-on Support & Technical Expertise – Assist technicians when necessary and apply broad technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, PLC, and hydraulic systems. Drive Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving – Implement TPM/PM strategies, CBS methodologies, and best practices across shifts.Support After-Hours & Flexible Scheduling – Provide support for emergency maintenance situations and adjust work schedules as needed.Uphold ESH & Compliance Standards – Ensure immediate response to hazards, conduct training, and foster a culture of environmental and workplace safety.Follow all plant, ESH, CBS, quality, and department processes and proceduresOther duties as assignedNOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
