Maintenance Supervisor

**Description**
Supervise Maintenance Staff: Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
Plan and Schedule Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and ensure timely procurement of necessary items.
Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks and projects.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance maintenance operations.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical motors and conveyors
two years employment experience in a maintenance leadership role in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
