About the role:
Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise the maintenance team while providing services to the entire Paso Robles team to ensure safe and effective operation of our equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
+ Gather all the shift information to effectively communicate to the site through our pass down system
+ Support the development of annual budgets and CapEx planning.
+ Maintain Maintenance planning tool in CMMS program.
+ Ensure that all TWE safe systems of work are implemented such as Safe Work Permits and Working at Heights Permits as appropriate.
+ Responsible for compliance of fire systems, ammonia systems, water and wastewater.
+ Support compliance of HACCP/Food safety, other HSE duties such as HMBP, CUPA, CalARP and Sustainability reporting.
+ Oversee weekly maintenance schedules and allocate resources. Manage timecards and time off requests.
+ Recruit, supervise and train technicians.
+ Hire and supervise outside vendors and contractors.
+ Standardize equipment and implement new standardized systems across the network.
+ Oversight for all mechanical systems, water, wastewater, harvest equipment.
+ Bring safety awareness to his shift members
+ For each piece of production equipment have a basic understanding of all operator procedures
+ Change over equipment in preparation for new product specifications and oversee start-ups and troubleshoot equipment
+ Follow W.O. process to ensure maintenance structure is effectively followed
+ Welding: Perform basic welding skills (MIG and TIG) and cutting skills
+ Plumbing: Select materials and install piping for a wide variety of purposes
+ Pneumatic systems: Troubleshoot pneumatic systems (including basic solenoid maintenance)
+ Work orders: Analyze and complete work orders
+ Look up parts in technical manuals, vendor catalogs and the internet
+ Understand general operating concepts for the Paso facility
About You:
+ You have a college degree, high school diploma or GED.
+ You have experience in fabrication, welding and construction and shop equipment
+ You have experience in all phases of construction, including plumbing and electrical systems.
+ You have experience with winery mechanical systems.
+ You have practical knowledge of process refrigeration and HVAC systems
+ You have experience managing Contractors.
+ You have 5+ years previous maintenance experience
+ You have excellent communication skills and are able to interact with production personnel.
+ You have strong mechanical aptitude.
+ You have the ability to problem solve in mechanical and electrical issues.
+ You are fluent and have the ability to read and write in English.
+ You are proficient in Microsoft Office that includes Outlook, Word and Excel.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $79,000 to $93,600 per year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Central Coast, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
