Overview General responsibilities: 1. Planning, executing & monitoring maintenance and improvement activities in the following areas: processing hall, end of line area, and external auxiliary equipment; 2. Build team capacity to achieve overall department and plant objectives, and ensure maintenance activities comply with ISO, OHSAS and HACCP management systems and MESS; Responsibilities Main duties: People: Lead, train and develop people to achieve group objectives, enrich their skills and knowledge. Responsible for professional and personal development and career planning for all his subordinates to maintain the continuity and meet the business growth. Maintenance: Enable high performance Operations, providing assets' Maintenance according to the PeMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology). Support and contribute to have a proper spare part management and planned maintenance (PM) in assigned area. Budget Management: Built the maintenance budget, ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting and tracking in line with PeMM. Energy/Water/EHS Management: Ensure optimum energy/water consumption at factory level, by implementing proper maintenance & improvement activities to the factory assets and respecting SHE policies. Process Optimization: Drive innovation & improvement project in assigned area, initiating/coordinating implementation of new processes/technologies with relevant BU Engineering. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, preferably within the food, FMCG manufacturing, or consumer goods industries. Relevant positions include Engineer Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor, Industrial Services, Maintenance & Improvement, or Mechanical Engineer, among others. - Personnel Supervisory experience (with technical teams, Mechanical and Electrical (contractors, suppliers, or other 3rd parties) - Participation in multi-disciplinary teams aiming to process or packing optimization. - Work following defined indicators/Objectives, and proactively tracking them. - Food processing plants and technologies (Maintenance and Utilities), food safety, hygienic engineering . - Basic understanding of Electricity, Control and Automation - Technical Instructions & Guidelines Management System - Good understanding of project management. - TPM implementation
