Our client is a F500 company with a large plant in central MA. Due to growth, seeking a **_Maintenance Supervisor_** to join the Maintenance staff. Primary duties/responsibilities include: + Supervise, train and a mentor hourly employees assigned to their respective shift. + Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is performed on manufacturing equipment to include installations and modifications. + May be responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds as well + Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with OSHA and SOP's + Provide reports to management and executives. Position reports to Maintenance Manager. Ideal candidates for **_Maintenance Supervisor_** will possess the following: + Associates degree in electro-technology, military (technical) training and/or vocational/trade schooling. + 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment or high-speed distribution center + 2+ years experience supervising/leading technicians or mechanics + Understanding of LEAN Six Sigma (5S) and GMP Salary up to $90k/yr.
