Job Description
As a Maintenance Team Advisor, you will develop, justify, and implement cost savings, renovation, and safety projects for the manufacturing facility. You will lead the operation of the plant energy systems, production mechanics, electrical/electronics, and facilities maintenance groups. You will administer the preventive maintenance program, emergency repair of production equipment, and support facilities and production equipment changeovers. Together with the leadership team, you will ensure compliance with food safety, food quality plans, and customer requirements. You will interpret and communicate customer requirements to plant production or support groups. You will establish and audit PCPs, CCPs, and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes to meet customer requirements. You'll look over incidents during which the procedures are not met and find the appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.

This is an entirely on-site position in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
You will work with a team of 6-8 members on 12-hour shifts following a 2,2,3 model from 5am to 5pm.
