We require:

High School Diploma or GEDQualified NY Driver’s LicenseMinimum of three (3) years related experience or graduate of a technical school with at least two (2) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExtensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systemsDemonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages, especially the geriatric population
