Job Title: Machining Maintenance TechnicianDepartment: Maintenance
Reports To: Maintenance Manager
Pay Range: $23.00/hr up to $30.00 +/hr (depending on experience) 
Summary:
Maintain and repair production and building equipment, perform scheduled preventive maintenance, and support troubleshooting across various departments including die cast, trim, and shot blast.
Essential Duties:Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, including PLC functions.Operate and diagnose CNC equipment.Install and align power, gas, water, and air lines; ensure safety devices are functional.Maintain inventory of parts and supplies; perform welding and fabrication as needed.Support safety programs and participate in safety audits.Skills/Abilities:Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Ability to operate CNC machines, perform welding, and use hand tools.Experience with automation, robotics, and troubleshooting controls.Work Environment:Exposure to weather conditions, electrical hazards, and moderate noise levels.Job involves working in a shop environment with potentially hazardous materials.
