Your Role at KIK

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform electrical and mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations for plant equipment. This role supports production lines and facility systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform electrical and mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on plant equipment. Install, troubleshoot, and repair low and high voltage electrical systems for production lines and facility equipment (e.g., compressors, pumps, lighting). Ensure wiring complies with NEC standards and upgrade outdated or unsafe installations. Handle emergency and scheduled electrical maintenance across the plant. Complete projects on time, safely, and to high-quality standards. Maintain a clean work environment post-project. Adhere to plant safety, quality standards, GMPs, and policies/procedures. Collaborate with contractors on electrical issues. Set up and maintain production lines, bottle/case coding equipment, and mechanical systems (e.g., pneumatic, hydraulic, sensors). Perform maintenance on mechanical drivers, flow meters, temperature sensors, etc. 

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 3 Years of mechanical/maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required. High School Diploma or equivalent required; certification from a technical school is preferred.  Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to perform in a manufacturing environment- ability to lift 50+ lbs. Excellent Interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Time Management and Organization; Ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities
