Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Maintenance Tech 2nd shift to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Maintenance Tech 2nd shift
**Location:** Saint Francis, WI
**Pay Range:** $27+ DOE
**Shift:** 12:30pm - 8:30pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Respond promptly to calls for maintenance assistance from Production personnel.
+ Effectively complete and document Work Orders in the CMMS system as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor/Planner.
+ Analyze mechanical or operational problems and take corrective actions.
+ Perform preventive maintenance during the course of the shift as specified in the PM program and take appropriate corrective action.
+ Readjust lines and effect changeovers by setting up assigned equipment for changes in material, size, product, or pack pattern as directed.
**What's Needed?**
+ 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance role.
+ Knowledge of electricity and packaging equipment.
+ Ability to operate within a Windows office environment and maintain basic records/logs.
+ Experience as a machine operator in food manufacturing or packaging.
+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
