**Maintenance Technician** **Description** + Perform minor and major repair of all material handling equipment, including AutoStore systems. + Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on conveyor systems and other mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, grease bearings, seals, etc. repair or replace broken parts. + Coordinate external contractors/vendors involved in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of building systems. + Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures. + Comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements; maintain all required HAZMAT records, including maintenance. + Respond in a professional and timely manner to management and other internal customer inquiries and researches and resolves problems related to facility's operational issues. + May operate a computer which controls and monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems. + Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required. + Perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal as required. + May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; order parts as needed. + Make recommendations to programs or ideas to improve Maintenance. + May be required to operate powered lift equipment and provide support for equipment lockout/tagout. + Perform other duties as assigned. + Comply with all policies and standards. **Skills** Troubleshooting, Maintenance technician, Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Preventive maintenance, Repair, Plc troubleshooting, Electrical troubleshooting, 3 phase, conveyor maintenance, electrical motors, hand tool, Hydraulics, Service, Schematic, Maintenance repair, Industrial, Industrial maintenance, Plc control **Top Skills Details** Troubleshooting, Maintenance technician, Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Preventive maintenance, Repair, Plc troubleshooting, Electrical troubleshooting,3 phase, conveyor maintenance, electrical motors, hand tool **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 4-6 years of maintenance experience is required, including use of hand and power tools. + Operating warehouse equipment; may be required to complete and maintain Lift Operator Certification along with OSHA guidelines. + Excellent organization, self-motivator, take initiative. + Able to work independently and with a team. + Responsible for checking out equipment and returning in same condition. + Responsive to staff needs, courteous, responsive. + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure. Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent to interpret various drawings and schematics. + Regular and prompt attendance. + Overtime as required, which may include weekends. **Experience Level** Intermediate Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $68640.00/yr.
