Maintenance Tech
Description Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is currently looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join their team!  The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for safely performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in one or more fields (carpentry, paint, electrical, janitorial equipment, HVAC, vehicle/golf cart etc.). 

Responsibilities:Monitor, report and correct conditions of any improper mechanical installations during construction or mechanical repairs at all timeMaintains Building StandardsSelf-Starter with Leadership and problem-solving skillsPerform routine and predictive maintenancePerform general cleaning and maintains clean work areaMechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, electrical & mechanical issues and then repairStrong customer service skillsComfortable communicating complex issues with superior, co-workers and customers in a professional mannerProven ability to work safely in industrial environmentsFamiliar with and utilize proper Lock Out/ Tag Out safety proceduresPerform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc.Respond positively to requests in a timely mannerAbility to use hand and power tools, use of scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding. Qualifications:Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent experience and or training such as basic plumbing, painting, HVAC or construction.  Two years Electrical Experience minimum.  High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.  Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and or certifications. 

Compensation: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Shift:

- A Shift (Sunday-Wednesday from 6am-6pm)
- B Shift (Thursday-Saturday from 6am-6pm)
- C Shift (Sunday-Wednesday from 6pm-6am)
- D Shift (Thursday-Saturday from 6pm-6am) Pay
