Additional Responsibilities: + Perform diversified duties related to the installation and maintenance of facility equipment. + Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production hours. + Conduct required repairs during scheduled machine service. + Troubleshoot and repair production machinery involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Perform basic machinist duties such as milling and turning. + Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and brazing methods. + Utilize various hand and power tools, meters, and handling equipment. + Troubleshoot defective machinery and process variations. + Work independently with a high level of motivation. + Assist the production team as needed and maintain housekeeping standards following 5S principles. + Support the plant's quality registration, including TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications. + Work on CNC equipment and troubleshoot automated systems. + Familiar with troubleshooting and using PLC software for machine functionality analysis.
