Summary: Seeking Maintenance Techs with expertise in industrial or manufacturing equipment, including robotics and automation, for installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.

Job Requirements:

Experience with industrial or manufacturing equipment

Expertise in robotics and automation equipment

Ability to work 2nd shift (2PM to 10PM)

Must pass D&B checks

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in reading specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings

Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, cranes, forklifts, precision measuring and testing instruments

Job Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment

Support plant downtime reduction initiatives

Identify equipment and process improvements

Diagnose malfunctions by conferring with operators and observing machinery

Disassemble machinery to remove defective parts; reassemble after repairs

Test-run repaired machinery to verify adequacy of repairs

Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) on equipment failures

Clean and lubricate machine parts

Examine parts for defects such as breakage or excessive wear

Complete daily work orders within specified time frames

Conduct PDM inspections and report findings

Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks following checklists

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
