Job Description The Maintenance Technician, based in Wallisville Rd, will diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, perform preventative maintenance, and support production. Must have electrical certification . Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Perform preventive maintenance. Light fabrication and welding. Plan maintenance schedules with the Plant Manager. Use maintenance management systems. Keep maintenance records. Ensure safety compliance. Participate in training. Assist with equipment installations and upgrades. Manage spare parts inventory. Provide on-call support for emergencies. Other duties as assigned. Required Experience High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. 5+ years in a similar role. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read manuals and schematics. Experience with maintenance tools. Familiarity with maintenance management systems. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Commitment to safety. Effective communication skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Comfortable with various environmental conditions.
