Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

The Maintenace Tech is responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of the apartment community, including buildings, landscaping, parking lots/structures, trash areas and common areas, and performs a range of duties to include but not limited to;

\n\nPlants grass, shrubs, trees, and flowers.\nInstalls and maintains water fountains, fences, gates, retaining walls, rock gardens, outdoor lighting, and other design features.\nDigs trenches and levels ground.\nKeeps outdoor furniture clean and in good repair.\nApplies mulch, fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.\nMaintains green spaces by weeding, trimming, and pruning.\nRemoves unwanted or unhealthy plants, shrubs, and trees, as well as downed limbs.\nOperates hand tools and power equipment, including mowers, leaf-blowers, tillers.\nWaters lawns and gardens.\nInstalls and maintains irrigation systems.\nRakes leaves and other vegetation from lawns and flower beds.\nRemoves trash and other debris from outdoor areas.\nWorks with other maintenance crew and construction specialists as needed.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\n
