**PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for an Maintenance Tech Helper in** **Lansing MI** **.** Job Title: **Maintenance Tech** **Helper** Job Type: **Full time; Temp to Hire** Schedule: **Day shift** Location: **Lansing MI** Pay: **$20.00 per hour** **Responsibilities:** + Assist Maintenance Lead and Technicians in equipment repairs and maintenance. + Follow safety protocols, including LOTO, hazardous waste, and chemical storage. + Use appropriate PPE and maintain a clean work area. + Support preventative maintenance tasks like changing oil, belts, filters, and servicing systems. + Help with facility repairs and notify supervision of larger issues. + Report work details (hours, parts) to supervision. + Communicate with team members across all levels. **Requirements:** + Strong focus on safety and HSE standards. + Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. + Experience with hand tools, power tools, forklifts (training provided). **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
