Onin Staffing is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with HVAC certification to join our team.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, as well as ensuring the overall functionality and safety of building systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Work Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and associated controls.Conduct inspections of HVAC equipment and address any issues or malfunctions.Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HVAC systems and components.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants.Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address general building maintenance issues as needed.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all maintenance tasks.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.Qualifications:
