Pay Range: $28.00 - $42.00/hour (DOE)

What’s Expected of the Maintenance Technician I position?

Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment, and resolve basic to intermediate issues around machines and equipment.

Repairs and reconditions hydraulic/pneumatic systems (airlines, solenoids), as well as electrical equipment/components Maintains, repairs, and modifies conventional equipment. Installs plumbing, air, and electrical utilities necessary for machine operation. Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts. Adhere to and complete work within the 5S standards, SOPs, and OSHA guidelines.

What you bring:

2 years of applicable experience, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment. Solid experience and knowledge of electrical and mechanical applications. Solid experience with, and the ability to use of a variety of hand and mechanical tools for equipment repair. Intermediate root cause analysis experience. Proficient technical and systems experience, including CMM systems experience. Ability to read schematics. Ability to work 4/10s (Sunday – Wednesday, or Wednesday – Saturday), as needed. Safety focus with a willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
