**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance of our plant, including machinery and facilities. The role involves working with injection mold machines, sewing machines, cranes, welders, tooling such as impact drills, and more. Responsibilities include electrical repairs, troubleshooting PLCs and robots, handling hydraulics and pneumatics, reading blueprints and schematics, and welding (MIG and TIG). Union position but maintenance pay is decided outside of the union so eligible for raises based on performance not union **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Findlay, Ohio. **Work Environment** This is a union shop offering three shifts: M-Th 6am-4pm (with overtime on Fridays as needed), M-Th 4pm-2am (with overtime on Fridays as needed), and Fri-Sun 6am-6pm (paid for 40 hours, with opportunity to pick up additional shifts).
