**Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a qualified Electro-Mechanical Technicians to join our team for the start-up of our new Distribution Center in 2025. The facility will feature a Raymond West Automation system and various other industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both electrical and mechanical systems within an industrial environment. + 1st shift hours - 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday - Friday **Benefits** + 18 Days of PTO + 4% 401K Match + Company values work-life balance and opportunities for growth **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 5 years of experience within an industrial environment. + Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical systems. + Strong understanding of automation equipment. + Experience with facility and equipment maintenance in a large facility. + Ability to work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and material handling equipment. + Understanding of 3-phase 480 volt electrical systems. + PLC and Ladder Logic understanding (no programming needed). + Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + High school diploma required; college degree preferred. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
