This 1st shift position runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday in Canfield, OH + Competitive Pay: Start at $25.71 per hour. + Day Shift: Enjoy a consistent schedule with evenings and weekends off. + Growth opportunity **Key Responsibilities:** + Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of industrial equipment/machinery. + Install, maintain, and repair complex industrial machinery. + Collaborate seamlessly with maintenance and operations managers. + Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V and program PLCs. + Work with photo eyes, sensors, and switches. + Install, replace, and maintain VFDs. + Handle hydraulic/pneumatic system installations and repairs. + Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics. **What We're Looking For:** + Industrial Maintenance Schooling with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Strong mechanical skills (bearings, rollers, hydraulics) and electrical skills (3-phase/480V systems). + Experience with preventive maintenance and a solid 70/30 mechanical/electrical skill ratio. + Proficient in troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical systems. + Additional expertise in PLC troubleshooting and programming, plus welding and fabrication skills. **Work Environment:** + Operate in a manufacturing facility with a blend of new and old equipment, including conveyor systems and spray booths. + Opportunities for overtime as required, ensuring no two days are the same. **Apply today to schedule an interview!
