**Job Title: Maintenance Technician | DIRECT HIRE** **1st Shift $27-$31/hr 6:00am-2:00pm** **West Side of Cleveland** **Responsibilities** + Interpret blueprints/drawings and general instructions for machinery and/or equipment specification and repair. + Repair and maintain electronic production equipment meeting organization standards. + Troubleshoot and repair mixers, blenders, pumps, lifts, and all other production equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair any facet of plumbing as needed. + Troubleshoot and repair vacuum systems, heating and air conditioning, and boilers. + Ensure minimum equipment downtime. + Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery. + Recommend equipment modifications for upgrades to supervisor. + Complete appropriate forms to request parts, equipment, and supplies for specified projects. + Follow work orders to determine scheduled repairs and capital improvements. + Ensure all safety and environmental policies/procedures are consistently demonstrated. + Participate in decisions for discontinuing production operations in matters related to emergency repair of equipment. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr. The individual who gets referred will receive $250 after 6 months and another $500 after a year!. As far as benefits go; NPA takes on 85-90% of the cost for benefits for its employees. As an employee you receive 5 personal days per year, as well as 2 weeks of PTO. They also have 10 paid holidays off. On top of that they have implemented an attendance incentive bonus. If they do not miss a day of work per month they will receive a $100 bonus. If they do not miss a day for the whole year they will receive $1600.
