**Job Title: Maintenance Technician $30-34+HR** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot a variety of equipment including stamping presses, welding equipment, CNC equipment, and more. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical and hydraulic knowledge and have significant experience in machine maintenance and repair. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and troubleshoot stamping presses, including Minster, Niagara, and Aida presses. + Perform maintenance on 700 ton presses and manual presses. + Service welding and CNC equipment. + Conduct PLC troubleshooting and servo motor repair. + Apply knowledge of electrical codes and hydraulics in maintenance tasks. + Locate and repair damaged air and hydraulic pipes on machinery. + Install power supply wiring and conduit for new machines and equipment such as robots, conveyors, and programmable controllers. + Diagnose and repair malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures. + Test malfunctioning machinery and collaborate with production, maintenance, and tool room personnel to diagnose issues. + Replace faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, and motors. + Repair and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Hydraulics + Electrical troubleshooting + Maintenance technician skills + Mechanical troubleshooting + Pneumatics + Blueprint and schematic reading + Machine repair + Knowledge of electrical codes + 5 years of relevant experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferred experience in stamping or machine shop + Experience with 480v electrical systems **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a strong culture and long-standing history. Employees work in a Tier 2 automotive supplier facility, producing parts such as window and door components, steering column parts, and safety-critical seat parts.
