We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician with mechanical maintenance experience, as well as electrical experience. In this role, you will provide troubleshooting and maintenance to all areas of the plant. You will be paid weekly, have access to benefits, and be able to grow within the company!
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenanceComplete required mechanical work on conveyors, belts, motors, and other parts of production machinesProviding instrumentation services including troubleshooting, configuration, installation, documentation, checkout, and commissioning of instrumentation and valves.Managing workload to maintain effectiveness and productivity.Accurately documenting instrumentation service work and actively sharing instrumentation information. Documentation will include work orders, calibration reports, variance reports, and MOC documents.Train and support non-technical users on the use of plant floor automation systemsMaintain instrument as-built documentation.Work with 4-20mA analog signals and discrete signals. Experience with HART communication, Rockwell Software, Allen Bradley Drives, is a plusRemove pressure, flow, and temperature devices and perform calibrations to ensure accuracyTest instrument interlocks with PLC to ensure proper operation, install instruments and sanitary tubingInstall, audit (voltage/amp check, megg), and commission equipment to ensure proper operation and functionalityPerform wire terminations on instruments and PLC panels and other electrical duties required (i.e. bend conduit, and pull wire)Hours:
