Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will perform a balance of electrical and mechanical tasks, focusing on preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machines.
ResponsibilitiesPerform 50/50 electrical and mechanical tasks.Work with 480v 3 phase, 120v single phase, and 24vdc and AC systems.Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot injection molding machines.Perform minimal welding and fabrication.Troubleshoot secondary auxiliary equipment through radio communication.Complete work orders, preventative maintenance, and inventory management using company software.Occasionally perform robot end of arm changes and program adjustments.Essential Skills4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.GED or high school diploma.Experience with 480v systems and 3 phase wiring (minimum 2 years).Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Troubleshooting injection molding presses and reading schematics.Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.MIG or stick welding and fabrication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.Candidates with auto mechanic or diesel mechanic experience are encouraged to apply.1+ years of industrial maintenance or preventative maintenance experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is very clean and climate-controlled. The position is Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as necessary. Steel-toe shoes are required. The company currently requires 10-15 hours of overtime each week, including weekends.
